Designed to help manage Digital O&M Information for Multiple Buildings
Campus is a Corporate Estate Management Information System, providing Clients and FM Teams access to multi-site building O&M data and asset information. Campus is a fully scalable digital information management solution providing a complete building O&M history, viewable across multiple platforms.
Campus will ensure that your Facility Maintenance Teams have the information they require to comply with CDM Regulations and provide information for the efficient and smooth undertaking of maintenance tasks within your building estate portfolio.
Working in tandem with most major CAFM Systems, our innovative Campus Digital Information System is custom built to meet your individual requirements, allowing for your own portfolio of buildings, across multiple locations.
Campus can be used with handheld devices, tablets, and through your own in-house corporate servers or Riddell PM's on secure online Client Portal enabling easy access to your Operating and Maintenance Information.
HERIOT-WATT UNIVERSITY, SCOTLAND
Edinburgh's Heriot-Watt University is one of the top 500 universities in the world and has branch campuses in the Scottish Borders, Orkney, Dubai and Malaysia. The Estates Team wished to move towards a digital O&M system which would allow them quick access to building information on any of their property portfolio. This information would be used by their international FM teams in conjunction with their MiCAD CAFM system, to maintain and operate each building, therefore it was important that the information could be stored in one digital location and was structured in a way that required minimal training on how to use.
One driving force behind the introduction of our Campus Digital system was that it allowed Heriot-Watt University to free up valuable archive areas and to safely backup years of hard copy building O&M information, which could potentially have been lost, for example through fire or flood.
